Measurements:

Basic White Thick: 5 ½” x 8 ½”; 3” x 3”
Secret Sea: ½” x 3 ½”
Old Olive: 2 3/8” x 4 3/8”; 2 1/8” x 3 3/8”
DSP: 3 ¾” x 5”; 2 ¼” x 4 ¼”; 2” x 3 ¼”

Instructions :

Score and burnish the white cardstock at 4 ¼” on the 8 ½” side.
Attach the 3 ¾” x 5” piece of DSP to the card base with Stampin’ Seal Adhesive.
First, attach the 2 ¼” x 4 ¼” piece of DSP. Then, affix it to the 2 3/8” x 4 3/8” piece of Old Olive cardstock. Use Stampin’ Seal Adhesive for this. Then affix it to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Do the same with the 2” X 3 ¼” piece of DSP. Then, do the same with the 2 1/8” x 3 3/8” piece of Old Olive cardstock. Attach to card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Attach the Secret Sea strip to the card base with Stampin’ Seal Adhesive.
Stamp the sentiment with Secret Sea ink. Stamp the flower with Cloud Cover ink. Use the Lovely Arrangements stamp on the 3” x 3” piece of Basic White Thick cardstock. Cut them both out with the Lovely Arrangements Dies and the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine.
Attach sentiment to Secret Sea strip with Mini Glue Dots.
Attach the flower with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Attach three white Moody Palette Glossy Dots.
Fold a 1 ½” piece of ribbon in half. Attach it under the panel with Mini Glue Dots. Make sure the loop is at the top.
