Measurements:  

• Basic White Thick:  5 ½” x 8 ½”, score at 4 ¼”
• Basic Black:  4” x 5 ¼”; 2 3/8” x 3 3/8”
• Shy Shamrock:  3 7/8” x 5 1/8”
• Basic White:  2 ¼” x 3 ¼”

Instructions:

1. Stamp the floral image onto a small Basic White panel using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. Stamp towards the top to leave room for the sentiment.
2. Stamp sentiment in Shy Shamrock ink below the floral image.
3. Color floral image with Stampin’ Blends.
4. Adhere the white panel to a small Basic Black panel using liquid glue.  Set aside.
5. Emboss the Shy Shamrock panel using the Dotted Circles 3D Embossing Folder.  Place it in a folder with the center on the right side of the panel.
6. Adhere this to the large Basic Black panel, then to the Basic White Thick card base.
7. Attach the stamped panel to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
