Measurements:
- Basic White Thick – 4 ¼” x 11”
- Basic White- 2 ½” x 2 ½” for circle, 2 ½” x 4” for embossed layer, plus scraps for flowers.
- Mediterranean Blooms- 2 ½” x 4” you’ll need 2. Same piece of DSP front and back shown.
Instructions:
- Score the card base on the long side at 5 ½” and fold. Then, cut the card front in half at 2 ¾”. Layer the lemon print designer paper on the cut off piece using Stampin’ SEAL and set aside.
- Emboss the 2 ½” x 4” piece of Basic White cardstock using the Dashing Designs 3D Embossing Folder and add that to the card front flap using Stampin’ SEAL. Now attach the lemon print paper layer in landscape orientation only adding Stampin’ SEAL to the left side that lays on the embossed piece.
- Attach the other piece of designer paper, flipping it over to the blue side, to the right inside of the card (measures 2 ½” at the top and 4” on the sides) leaving a ¼” border.
- Die cut a circle using Basic White cardstock and stamp Happy Birthday using the Choose Happy stamp set in Night of Navy ink.
- Stamp, using Memento Black ink, the candle from the Choose Happy stamp set and 6 flowers from Citrus Blooms stamp set on a scrap piece of white cardstock. Color using the Stampin’ Blends listed. Die cut the flowers using the Citrus Blooms dies and hand cut the candle using Paper Snips.
- Attach the white circle to the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add the flowers and candle using either liquid glue or Stampin’ Dimensionals to pop a few up.
- Add 3 Iridescent Faceted Gems to the card to finish it off.
